When a person feels a very intense emotion which is difficult to process, sometimes it will become trapped in their energy field. Trapped emotions typically create distortions in the energy field, which can interfere with the chemical reactions taking place in the tissues. What Is A Heart-Wall?

In about 93% of people, the subconscious mind has created a wall of energy around the heart, to protect it from pain. We call this a Heart-Wall. It is created from these trapped emotions that are basically excess energy. This happens when we experience something so painful that we feel our heart may break. The Heart-Wall is created to protect the heart, but once it is there, it can act as a buffer, which keeps us from experiencing love, joy, creativity, and other very positive emotions in life. It makes us feel more separation, and unable to belong in the world. The heart is the core of our being, the seat of the soul and the source of our love and creativity. Releasing the Heart-Wall makes it possible to manifest the perfect blueprint that's inside of you, and create the life that you want to create.
